Questions about orders
Where do you ship?
Within the country for a flat €4.90, free from €40. We pack in paper and cardboard, no plastic, and the jars travel wrapped in corrugated sleeves.
My honey went solid. Is it spoiled?
Not at all, that's how you know it's raw. Real honey crystallizes over time. Stand the jar in warm water (not hot, not the microwave) and stir until it runs again.
When will my order arrive?
We jar and pack on Mondays and Thursdays, so most orders arrive within three to five working days.
Can I return a jar?
If a jar arrives broken or anything is wrong, write to us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a new one or refund you.
Is your honey organic?
Our bees fly where they like, so we don't claim a certificate. The valley has no industrial farms and we never feed the bees sugar syrup during the season.
