Terms of Sale

These terms are demo content for the fictional honey farm Hummingjar. Replace them with your own.

Orders

Prices on the shop include tax. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. We pack orders on Mondays and Thursdays and send you an email when your order is paid.

Shipping

We ship within the country for a flat fee shown at checkout, free above the amount shown on the shop page. Delivery usually takes three to five working days.

Returns

If something arrives broken or isn’t what you ordered, write to us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you. Because honey is food, we can’t take back opened jars.

Hive tours

Tours run on the dates shown in the booking calendar. If we have to cancel because of the weather, you can rebook or get a full refund.
