Late summer honey, when the bees go everywhere: poppies, thistles, the lime trees by the stream and whatever the neighbors planted. Darker and bolder than the clover, with a long caramel finish. Our favorite on cheese and in salad dressings.

  • Raw and unheated.
  • Every batch tastes a little different; the label says which weeks it’s from.
