Clover Honey

Pale, soft and floral, our first honey of the summer.

€12350 g jar

Tastes like

  • Fresh hay
  • Vanilla
  • Lemon zest

The first honey of the year, from the clover that carpets the lower meadows in June. It’s the mildest jar we make: pale gold, gently sweet and lovely in tea, where it doesn’t fight the leaves.

Good to know

  • Raw and unheated, straight from the extractor.
  • Crystallizes into a soft, spreadable cream within a few weeks. Warm the jar in a water bath to make it runny again.
  • From the hives in the lower meadow, June batches.

More from the hives
